My work is the antidote to the pressures of modern life.
 

We live in a world that glorifies busyness - where ‘doing, doing, doing’ is the norm, and slowing down is almost seen as an act of defiance. And yet, as a society, we are deeply unwell. Rates of stress, anxiety, and burnout are soaring, leaving many of us stuck in cycles of exhaustion and disconnection.
 

I know this firsthand. From a young age, my body spoke to me through inflammation - tonsillitis during A-level exams, eczema, rashes, and a persistent scalp condition. Every time, these symptoms flared up during periods of heightened stress, long before I understood the depth of the mind-body connection. I remember sobbing through another bout of illness, overwhelmed by pressure and the weight of expectations, not realising that these moments were guiding me toward my true path.
 

That path led me across the world. I trained in India and Indonesia, worked and lived in Morocco, Dubai, and Sri Lanka, gathering insights into well-being through different cultural lenses. My five years in Sri Lanka deepened my understanding of Eastern modalities and fueled my passion for preventative health.
 

Now, my mission is clear: to help people reconnect with themselves through movement, rest, nutrition, and breath - to craft daily rituals that cultivate both joy and peace. True health isn’t about extremes or perfection - it’s about learning to listen, finding what nourishes you, and creating habits that support your well-being in a sustainable way.
